Was he joking around like, "Oh this girl? Yeah she's my girlfriend." Or was he straight up like, "This is my girlfriend now"? Either way, it's not funny. But sometimes I'll see an ugly girl online (or a really hot one) and show my bf and be like, "Babe I found your new girlfriend," just to irritate him.

....he was joking but he didn't need to say it 3 times..... Expecially since I haven't even accused him of her like that I didn't even know her. we had left his work because we ate there and he said too bad you couldn't meet my girlfriend bobby.... @skylerdewitt,

I'd be honest with him and say that it wasn't a funny joke, and that if he expects you to improve on your insecurities he needs to be supportive and not say things that make you feel bad.
