@vegasgirl, I took those originally but had to switch to taking a prenatal and a separate DHA because I had stomach issues. I take mine before bed. My doctor said as long as they're taken daily, it doesn't matter when you take them.
No there more for you then the baby the baby gets everything it needs for your body regardless

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!
Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪

My cousin just got a call that my uncle has been kidnapped and they are asking for 250,000. My uncles cousin was there and saw them take him. This happened in Mexico. Authorities are useless.
