Yesterday I straight peed on myself, like lots. I was reaching into a counter and all of a sudden I'm like ok I'm peeing on myself, aaaand it's not stopping lol. I asked my midwife today and she said its normal as everything loosens and we get more pressure from a bigger belly. She told me to do kegels (sp?) and that would tighten up the right muscles and make birth easier too.
