Anyone else have a daily cup of regular coffee? I am beginning to feel more and more guilty about it…

hey I drank wine once a month so don't feel bad just try to cut back as much as u can

That's about what I have, the 8oz. setting on my Keurig. I know what you mean though, so I try to skip a couple of days and just take a nap which seems to be working.

Guilty!!! I never in my life liked hot coffee n now im craving it like crazy!!!!!

I drink coffee maybe twice a week. don't feel bad loves.

I drink a cup or 2 of coffee everyday. I need to in order to keep up with my toddler and 7 year old. This mama can't function without it.

I drink 2 cups everyday and my son is just fine ..

my doctor said 1-3 cups or the caffeine equivalent is completely fine.

I have a cup a day. very rarely I'll have 2. that second cup is always way later though.
