my hands like that with that sanitizer they use at work to sanitize the dishes . you can't see it that well but my whole hand was scaly and irritated and will burn whenever I washed my hands .

idk why it was like that . but I went to the doctor and he said it must have been too strong and they didn't dilute it enough so my skin developed an irritation . so I had to walk around with gloves . the blue surgical kind without that powder . and it went away . so try to keep them moisturized I used Aveeno lotion
