Sciatic probably. I get it. Sitting on a heating pad helps me after over-exerting myself.

actually sciatica is in your lower back & legs.. you could be having contractions have you tried timing the pain?

@aek91, no but wen it happened it was less than 5 mins apart and I haven't had it for a while

My sciatica causes shooting pains down both of my butt cheeks so that's definitely comparable.

@butturfli, this isn't in my cheeks.. It's like a lot of pressure and shooting pain like rite at my butt hole.. Sorry if tmi.
