Feeling sick and keep running to the loo 😰 and I have to get better as I'm working tonight hope this passes x I'll be seven weeks pregnant tomorrow. Feel sick to my stomach, anyone had this sort of feeling? Last night I eat my husbands dinner aswell as my own and that surprisingly made me feel a bit better? Was I just majorly hungry? X I felt so sorry for my husband ...😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰

I really struggled with my sickness, but towards the end of it I found it was because I wasn't eating that I was feeling worse! No matter how bad you feel, try to eat little and often and that will help keep the sickness feeling away @tinytinylittleone xx

I hate to say it but nothing really settled it, I used to have to go and pass out for an hour whilst it passed. I did find a pattern to it though and it tended to be at 10-12 and 17-19. The things I did do that eased it were rosie apple sweets or try preggie drop sweets, travel sickness bands, eating ice pops and drinking plenty of water. Ginger is meant to help but it didn't with me although we are all different. x

I was sick 4,3,5 times a day for the first 12 weeks!! I was in hospital 3 times and the doctor said not to worry too much about food but make sure you keep your fluid levels up whilst you've got the actual throwing up, I lived on ice pops for about 6 weeks xxx

Thank you so much @emmy_lou so sorry to hear the amount of times you actually threw up. Tbh I'd rather just throw up again, than have this constant feeling of sickness. I've been drinking lots of water but little sips in between.

Both I'm afraid, I didn't feel sick at the start and it came on really sudden at 7 weeks. I also had horrific migraine as well that would last for days at a time. Just eat what you can when you can is all I can advise. Just out of interest are you taking a pregnancy vitamin or just folic acid. I found pregnacare very harsh on the stomach and just added to my morning sickness. I got on with Santogen a lot better. Also make sure you take it on a full stomach as it can make you feel sick otherwise. I have two little boys and I never had any sickness with them but really suffered this time. xx

My nausea peaked at 7 weeks too xD :) I found that laying in bed and eating a cracker or 2 before I got up settled it abit. Oh yeah, and sleeping until it had passed was a great thing! Lemonade helped a bit also :) Ginger tea/or fresh ginger grated into hot water with a bit of lemon and sugar is good too xD Also helps with colds etc. Cereal and Salad were life savers! My nausea went by 11 weeks xD Xxxx
