So....I think I'm going to end my relationship soon. I'm just not happy and we are not equally yoked. I saw and ignored red flags before we got serious which is my fault. Now I feel stuck. We're 37 (I'm six days older), and his lack of stability, financial struggle constantly, beliefs, and something else personal keeps me keeping him at arms length. I have feelings for him, but I just don't have faith that he has the ability to stand on his own two feet. I'm sorry but I don't want to take care of a grown man and my four children. I swear, my pockets and home have been good to him. I let him come over for a short visit that turned into two months and him assuming he was moving his stuff in. I shut that down quick. I know it's right to stand by the person you love when times are hard, but what do you do when that persons times are ALWAYS hard and if you let that person in closer you know he or she will use that as a security blanket? He's so excited about our daughter now but truth be told, I kinda wish he would be a dead beat and vanish because he can't help me with her and I don't want him sitting up in my house eating my food, using my internet, and just holding her when she's born.

I feel so bad saying that but it's how I feel. 😕
