the hospital.grade ones are the best and they are the electronic ones and if baby has problems latching they encourage you to pump cause it helps get ur supply in quicker
I would say you do need a pump in the hospital. My baby had trouble latching on because she had low blood sugar and they gave her a bottle right away in the NICU. So I pumped out the colostrum and fed it to her. Anything could happen. The hospital should have pumps though.
hospital pumps are WAYYYYYYYY better than any pump you can buy. you shouldn't need to pump in the hospital I had to because of jaundice, but if you need one they'll bring you one
yeah or like she said they'll give you a hand pump while your there but those suck lol better off feeding the baby yourself
No because they want you to actually breastfeed ... they say start pumping after your 6 weeks so there's no point in bringing it
How can you pump colostrum? I always thought it was maybe one teaspoon per breast of it??
