Ladies do you think a nursing pillow is really helpful/needed? I'm considering either the Boppy or Breast Friend- which one is better?? Please help me out! Thanks

I used the boppy the hospital had it was very helpful.  I wished I had one now.

I use mine to lay the baby on, but not to breastfeed. I just hold her or have her in her baby k'tan wrap
