@marijay, I agree cause I know they added like 500 more police forces I just wonder now what it could have been! So crazy the world we live in :(

@ritababy123, I wouldn't be too worried, we have the best police department, who are trained for terrorist attacks. They wouldn't let another 9/11 happen.

I'm pretty sure police and everything would be all over it. there's no such thing as a "small bombing". don't let the news/media outlets scare you. you can google the non emergency number in your area and tell them what you heard and ask them to do a wellness check in the area, or better yet, call 911.

@sarahemccormick, @ritababy123 we don't see anything in the news either. We suggest you call the police if you heard something. They would be able to give you most up to date info and may even help them if it's something.

ok, this ia what you should do. I would call your local police station, report it, and see if anyone else has called in and if they can give you any answers. Thats your best bet sweetie.

@ritababy123, that is such a smart idea, and very good thinking on both of your parts. I hope it may have just been an electrical transformer or something, that happens sometimes here during bad storms. What did it sound like, exactly?

@sarahemccormick, it is and I'm trying to remain calm it was a short amount of noise my fiancée saw a bright light we live close to Manhattan so we aren't sure what it is but I packed in case and we have an escape plan

Oh Lord......after hearing last night what I heard about ISIS, Im sure thats where your brain is going...I know mine is. I pray for the safety of everyone in the area 😢
