Kay so does anyone know what a level 2 ultrasound is/or had to have a level 2 ultrasound done? My dr said he will schedule one,two weeks after my regular ob appointment tomorrow..just wondering what to expect? I know he said it's to determine gender also but not sure if anything else
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So I talked with my dr today and she said they don't do 3rd trimester ultrasounds.. How do they know what position the baby is in then ?
Okay so the ultrasound tech told us he wasn't sure what the gender of our baby is.. At first he said girl then he said boy then he said to keep both names handy...does anyone have ultrasound pics where they were told one gender and the baby was born with the other gender???
t- 2 days Until we find out what iron baby is. Decided to do an early scan since my husband won't be at the next ultrasound, and my son won't be at our level 2 scan...I wanted us all together.
Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

it's just a regular US. there gonna,measure the baby. listen to the heartbeat. making sure there aren't any abnomalities.

what she said, ☝ I had to have a level 2 for my 2cd daughters heart to make sure she wouldn't have any abnormalities like I did, I never had it with my first baby for whatever reason, but it's just a regular ultrasound, nothing special. In that ultrasound they focused on my daughters heart and took several pictures of it.

@bcmandbabym, it's not exactly a regular ultrasound, to us it looks the same. but to the ultrasound tech its a lot clearer and more detailed than a regular ultrasound. they use better equipment for a level 2 scan. I had one at St.Vincents hospital around 20 weeks to check my daughter for signs of down syndrome.
