I just woke up beacause I had an urge to throw up..as soon as I sat up to go to the bath room it just came up and I badly made it to the trash can...I went to the bathroom and still threw up and it looked like all I spit up was acid.. I came back to lay down and my back is hurting so bad, and I feel waves of pain down stairs..I'm miserable idk why I'm feeling this maybe it was all the force I made from throwing up idk
