Birth mom is experiencing round ligament pain and I feel horrible that I can't stop it...then after suffering miscarriages in the past, part of me is getting tons of anxiety thinking something might happen 😢 advice??

And she can take tylenol. it may take some of the edge off. does she have a good heating pad?
When it happens to me i just try and relax, warm bath sometimes help. and it happens a lot.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
