Anyone used excedrin while pregnant for migraines?? Well I was looking online n it's say it's not…

I did with my 10 month old only once though because I didn't know I was pregnant yet

Regular Excedrin has aspirin and caffeine in it 😑 which is not safe the Excedrin tension headache has Tylenol and caffeine but not aspirin

I would take Tylenol extra strength it's worked for me my whole pregnancy so far

I wouldn't take that at all... You should ask your doctor if you can be prescribed something else?? I was prescribed fioricet

@alibabymay2016, he said he don't want to prescribe me any meds cause it's too risky n can get addicting

Well wouldn't it be better to be taking something that is safe for baby? I don't think that fioricet is addicting at all, and I still only take it when absolutely necessary because you really shouldn't take anything while pregnant, but my migraines put me on my ass..

Excedrin is not safe to take while pregnant. Only Tylenol (which doesn't help much for me) and things that only your doctor can prescribe. The main ingredients in fiorocet are Tylenol and caffeine. I don't know how that could be addicting, but I try to stay away from looking things up on the internet. My doctor is a very nice and smart lady.

I'm pretty sure you can look up the rating for most medicines online @cheche27 they have a grade from A-F. I personally wouldn't take anything c or lower. Dr's do have different opinions on things. I know a lot of doctors say robitussin dm is okay but my Dr said no (it's got a c rating). I was prescribed Zofran for nausea but didn't want to take it so I didn't because there are negative effects.
