please tell me that having "period from hell" cramps is normal...i feel like someone is stomping on my lower stomach

it doesnt go away...not noticing tightness or anything just this constant pain

does your stomach get hard when you have one? can you time them?

its like down in my lower belly in the right side it goes front to back and its like someone is pushing on me....make sense?

It could be round ligament pains! I have them right now :(

no bleeding or discharge just these awful cramps the past two days i cant get them to go away or ease off

It can be. as long as there's no bleeding involved. cramping is normal. is things growing and stretching etc.
