My husband needs to travel for work for about a week, the problem is it will be around my 38 weeks! I don't know it seems risky as Iam by myself. How do I know if I'll complete 40 weeks or not?! Not possible! Don't know what to do.. The only thing maybe to ask my sis in law to stay with me that week. But still, what if the baby arrives and daddy is not here, he will miss the big day, annoying

It could be easily way over 40 weeks :)) so, I'd let him go for a week and chill out myself ))

My mum went into labour and gave birth by herself...with all of us. No family/dads around at all. It could be risky. A lot of babies arrive late though....Its tricky especially when his work is involved? Could he take time off? But if not...it may help having your sister in law with you :) Lots of dads miss out on births...due to not being around...or in the Army. I would talk to him about it also hun Xxx
