so I'm almost 11 weeks and is it bad that I barely eat? I literally eat about once a day. I take my prenatals, but I'm just not hungry anymore.

we're in the same boat.. I'm 12 weeks and I only eat once a day as well maybe twice and so far I lost 10 lbs.

I hardly ate but as long as you are keeping hydrated, baby will take what it needs. think about all the women who live in famine in 3rd world countries. . they have healthy babies (something my ob told me)

Alright thank you. I lost 7 pounds. but a lot of that was due to getting my wisdom teeth out and I really couldn't eat

@quintonswifey1, could be your prenatal vitamin. Mine did that to me so I asked my doctor for a prescription prenatal instead which helped tremendously. That's just my experience though!

Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
