*********rant start*********** I went to barns and noble today with my husband to look at pregnancy books! There was another couple there and they talked to us for a bit about how excited they were and how excited we were to be parents to be. I grabbed a few books my mom the nurse asked me to read and went to a table at the cafe. When we were done we went back to the pregnancy books to see if my husband found a dad book he liked. The couple was still there also looking at books! The woman was towards the end of her 1st trimester and decided she felt the need to start telling me the do's and don'ts of pregnancy.... I tried to politely tell her that my husband and I have been planning to have a baby for he last 6 months and that I already new what I should and shouldn't do (as I had been researching it for 6 months!) but of course she wood not let up! She kept going on and on about how I shouldn't be drinking caffeine and eating sushi (which I have not had ether for 6 months) she would just not take a hint she made my husband very uncomfortable so we had to buy the books we had in our hands and leave so that we could read in peace!!!!! Unsolicited advice is the worst thing ever!!!! Especially when you don't even know the couple!!! She didn't even ask if this was my 1st baby for all she knew it could have been my 2nd or 3rd!!!!! (This is my 1st) She talked down to me the whole time while I repeated over and over again that yes my husband and I have been planing this for a while we know what to do and not do!!!! I just wanted to tell her to shut the fuck up!!!! It didn't help that I was quite irritable and tired today!!!!! **********end rant***********

Probably one of the worst things is the unsolicited advice. I had a coworker tell me I need to give up my baby since I'll be single and the dad isn't gonna be there at all and that's "no way for a child to be raised and is better off up for adoption"

I am so incredibly grateful for my best friend. Last night she and I were in a car accident. I was driving and we got hit by a student driver. My car is totaled, I had to come out of pocket for a rental car. Both of my kids car seats were in the car and I’ve been stressing on how to buy new seats for them, she just told me that her and her husband bought us new car seats. I can’t stop crying.

...that we're expecting! ? Tonight we were at dinner with my brother and SIL and they just had a baby 4 weeks ago. She said something about babies and DH replies, with such an attitude, "uh no! Never again, we are done!"
So Thursday is the day where my husband is getting his sperm checked out to see if we are able to have a baby i hope we can because its been almost two years and its been awhile since we had sex because i just be so down because we cant have a baby and it will be his first
Have y’all ladies heard of VBAC? I’ve been doing my research and my doctor had said I would be able to deliver my baby vaginally since I had my 1st vaginally and my son with an emergency c section. Has anyone had one and succeeded?
