Smart water is just regular water that's just the name brand... Drinking water in general does because it keeps you hydrated but it's not specific to one brand
Ok well I just drunk it and u believe the electrolytes in it helps me. I started leaking after I drank it just like when I drink Gatorade @b3autifulm3ss @elenasmommy

it's the electrolytes in smart water. like in Gatorade, Gatorade will help to. but just upping your regular water intake is all you need to do
