Be careful with the tea ladies, it can actually block some of your bodies iron absorption.

@harleyadtr, I think it's because I'm used to filtered water. lol. I haven't gotten around to buying a filter yet.

@lyanpham most juices give me a headache from all the sugar. Caffeine also gives me a headache which is why I don't drink tea. and I haven't had soda since before I was pregnant with my first son, over 4 years ago.

I don't make my own juice because I don't have the means right now. so I'm trying to make water my best friend.

Even when I was nursing my second son and chasing my older son around, I would drink more than I do now. I like water, I'm just tired of drinking it lol. @thehowtohippie

You don't have to drink just water. All fluids are good like juice. Try to stay away from soda. They say you're suppose to drink 7 or 8 cups a day of liquid, but I can only take 3 or 4.

I honestly don't think very many women do. I don't drink as much water as I should, but I eat a lot of ice!
