What's your favorite slow cooker meal?? I'll start....
1 can Coconut milk, 1 can tomato sauce, curry, garam masala, cinnamon, black pepper, diced sweet potato (and/or chicken diced), 1/2 onion, and frozen peas. I don't really measure.....Mix everything and cook until done! I add fresh cilantro and a lime wedge when serving.... Mmm!
