if you where given a gift to a 4d ultrasound place early in your pregnancy do you think you would use it to find out the gender or hold on to it till later on?

I'd wait that way you have more to see....you're almost there, I know the gender wait is tough!

@babycasey, I have an appointment on the 20th at my doctor for the next ultrasound. I just worry they won't be able to tell and they don't do ultrasound just for gender.

just make sure to drink oj or a soda so baby is awake.... I found out at 16wks.... if they don't find out then I'd say use the 3d, but I'm sure they'll see something😊

Wait ! So your baby will be more formed in the 3D ultrasound. I had complications so I had a regular ultrasound (35 weeks) and it was crazy how much of her face I could see I can't imagine a 3D at this point 😊

I'd wait until 3rd trimester so you can see baby better and get and idea of who baby will look like :)

I think we are going to go ahead and do it today. My husband said we could do another one later in the pregnancy. I've been looking at videos on YouTube and you can still see baby and make out face and hands at 17 weeks.
