My doctor told me lots of sex. the sperm softens the cervix and I also heard you can take the pills orally (I don't know how true that is)

My since your full term insert 2 at the same time I would poke a hole in them before inserting them

You have to insert it vaginally it's pills you can get it for cvs target Walmart etc.

@aleisha94, I heard of that what is that how u do it and where u get it from

you still have 3 weeks technically. don't rush baby, they need all the time they can get in there :) also, please don't use caster oil, it can cause baby to poop and can cause problems during labor. it's not worth the risks and rarely works as it is.

I started taking primrose oil pills and pieces of my mucus plug has came out

I wish I knew ways to go into labor too lol I went to the dr today & my cervix is still closed -_- I'm 38+4
