has anyone carried a week past there due date what did u do to stay relaxed and patient

I tried to focus on all the parts ofblife that were easier without a baby. I took long, hot showers and blasted my music. I went to bed early and read books and slept in. I made full meals and ate them hot while sitting at a table. I know it feels like forever and that it will never come but it will :) Then you'll have a whole new set of challenges!

I went to 41 weeks 1 day. It's hard to be patient but it's so worth it! I just kept telling myself that one more day (or week) is so small in the grand scheme of things :)
