Lol at this point if you're already dilating id say do anything you can to help move him along. He's already on his way. Just no castor oil!!!!! Lol good luck:)

it isn't meant to induce labor, it's meant to strengthen your uterus for labor, it's safe to take at any time! I have been drinking it now.

I don't know anything about the teas but squats help move the baby downwards and help open up your hips :)
