If you like less sweet of tea this tea has good balance. It’s a lot more expensive but I will be honest it’s one of the few I can find in stores where I am at!

This kind is good with a little sugar if you like sweeter teas. Just watch out because there are a lot of “raspberry teas” without the leaf and the raspberry leaf is what actually helps prep you for labor.

@my_fave_5, I just looked that tea up online. It’s just raspberry flavored black tea, not raspberry leaf tea so it will not work

They are all fine as long as the ingredients say red raspberry leaf and nothing else (sometimes they add stuff like hibiscus for flavor but it takes away the potency)
