Question about breast feeding:
Is it better to feed my son from both breasts during one sitting OR is it better to empty one breast and then for the next feeding give him the other?

It's my understanding that you should feed to empty from one and then if you are concerned about supply or are going back to work or just want to give bm bottles sometimes, you pump the other one when baby is done. :) It worked for me!
