I think i heard something about mcdonald's ice cream not being good during pregnancy for whatever reason. True or no?

you're welcome - and I know, its a bummer. You can look it up online, tons of reputable sources such as the American Pregnancy Association, Livestrong, Web MD and other sources say its bad to eat during pregnancy.

True. All soft serve is off the menu during pregnancy. Reason being is, most McDonald's dont exactly clean their equipment well - and most other restaurants are pretty dirty as well, believe it or not - and thats prime breeding ground for listeria. As a pregnant woman, we have a higher liklihood of getting listeria and other illnesses. Its best to stay away.
