All hospitals are different. Mine says 3 in regular delivery. 1 in OR. After delivery or before while you're laboring mine only lets in your own kids, no nieces nephews ect. I couldn't bring my son into see my new niece and they couldn't bring my older niece into see me after having my son.

My hospital allows 2 but you'd need to ask yours to be sure
