This heartburn may actually kill me. Literally feels like flames 🔥🔥🔥 seeping up my throat. Has been this way non stop for about 2 days with no relief!! 😩 I've tried milk & tums which have done NOTHING! What else have you other mommies tried??

lemon water.helps me a lot drink first thing in morn before eating anything.
DoTerra peppermint beads have helped me tremendously. I've had heartburn so bad it's making me vomit lately and that's the only thing that's helped.
You shouldn't lay down after eating. And always sleep propped up
I've never tried it, but I heard that apple cider vinegar is supposed to help with heartburn.
@southernmama4, you can take xantac, although my reflux was so bad it never helped. nexium is the only thing that helps me now.
