Make sure you go to an actual vape shop and have them show you the better models like drippers. They are so strong that they can make you light headed and give you a much bigger high than any cigarette I've ever had. Just be ready to spend about 150 dollars but if you really want to quit it's worth it...

Yeah at one point both of my parents smoked , then my papaw died of lung cancer caused by smoking so they all quit my dad took some pills my mom tried the patch but it made her crazy!!!!! My aunt has tried everything but she's slowly getting of tobacco by vapeing and my mamaw just slowly started smoking less and less she hasn't smoked in 10 years tobacco is a hard habit to break I never touched the stuff I guess it helps I'm allergic

I tried quitting cold turkey and I turned into a moody psycho... But I went a week without smoking! And I've definitely slowed down a lot compared to how I used to be! @brandylemonds15

Try the highest one ( I'm not sure exact terminology ) or you can try the patches but 15 years ago when my mom did them the side effects were horrible she ended up quitting cold turkey

I quit smoking using the vape and got pregnant immediately. My last Marlboro and LMP were both on July 4th. A few weeks later vaping was making me nauseous, I was pregnant! Now the smell of either make me gag. I smoked for 13 years.

Try vaping or the patches. Vaping would probably work better though

vape!!!! u can start at a high nic level then bring yourself down! I was on 6mg nic before getting pregnant then went down to 0 and now I have no craving to do it really
