in need of some preggie positivity/encouragement! I've never been a "small" girl always big boned maybe even chubby always been on some diet program, always WW and started my pregnancy "overweight" according to those stupid charts...so I'm down on my body as is and whoa do these lbs keep creeping up like every few weeks! I haven't seen this number in a hell of a long time and I'm feeling super depressed...any words of advice? Thanks so much
My dr put me on a low carb diet to slow down my weight gain. It wasn't that I am gaining too much but the baby is growing bigger than he should be by almost 3 weeks.
I am by every definition a plus size lady and my baby is really healthy. I weighed in at 273.2 today at my appointment. So don't get depressed and don't let anyone make you feel like you're less of a mom. Take care of you and your baby.
I started at 177 and I'm almost at 200, didn't want to reach over 200 by baby's due date in March but it feels inevitable now...maybe I need to start exercising lol
I'm 5'8" and I started my pregnancy at 169.9 lost weight at beginning and ended at over 200. I was so sad and discouraged but now I'm back at pre pregnancy weight 6 weeks postpartum and I have the motivation to be healthy. I'm still "overweight" but I'm changing my eating habits (not dieting) and doing daily activities with my baby.
I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy and was also overweight to start until I started to round out in my belly I always felt down on myself too. Just think about the life you're giving your baby. That's what always made me feel better
I don't wanna hear about dieting during pregnancy no offense lol isn't this supposed to be a happy eating time?? lol
