Ok ok I admit it: I have become totally separated from my healthy eating habits. I mean, I try a little but I've been eating a little of everything. That being said, I am officially 3rd Trimester and officially feeling the fatigue. A flight of stairs is like a mile lately and I'm ready for bed around 7:30-8pm. I know this is normal but if you have any holistic tips, I'm all ears. Peace!

I feel the same. I forced myself to eat a salad for lunch when I really just wanted frozen pizza. I used to sprinkle chia seeds in my yogurt before going for a run. They gave me a nice boost of energy.

Thanks @tayek. I have not had homemade juice or smoothies in months and I know they help. That'll be my goal for the week!
