Ok ok I admit it: I have become totally separated from my healthy eating habits. I mean, I try a little but I've been eating a little of everything. That being said, I am officially 3rd Trimester and officially feeling the fatigue. A flight of stairs is like a mile lately and I'm ready for bed around 7:30-8pm. I know this is normal but if you have any holistic tips, I'm all ears. Peace!
