Does anybody have any tips on how I can produce more milk ? Lately my I haven't been able to keep my stock up because my milk has stop coming in at a good flow.

When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??

How old is your baby? If you have a pump, make sure to pump every 2 1/2- 3 hours, probably after your baby eats. Drink a bunch of water, eat lots of oatmeal, and experiment with supplements. I tried similac breastfeeding supplement pills, I've tried lactation cookies, fenugreek & blessed thistle... There's a Facebook page called BRAS- breastfeeding resources and support: try to add yourself to the group! Good luck!
