May be a little tmi but to moms that are breastfeeding, when did you get your first period after delivery ? I know they say since you breastfeed it can delay it for awhile as opposed to formula feeding but mine came 3 months after I delivered ? I expected it to be a lot longer than that. Actually I bled for 2 months after I had my baby but It wasn't my period. I had my son August 3rd and started my first period on October 31st. Before I was pregnant they only lasted about 5-6 days but now I've gone way past that and my bleeding hasn't slowed down at all ?

That's what confuses me, I'm breastfeeding and I have already got mine. I really only stopped bleeding for a week or two after delivery so I'm kinda used to it i just didn't expect to get it so soon. I lost 3 liters of blood so idk if that could have something to do with it ? @karnawest and mine are alittle bit more heavier than before I'm just still trying to figure out what my body is doing haha @brihanna

girl I didn't get mine till my son was almost a year old. but seams like my periods came on harder than ever and lasted much longer then ever

I didn't get mine for like 3-5 months idr I didn't get mine normal anyway
