Any advice on switching baby from rice cereal to flavored baby foods such as bananas, apples, carrots, etc. (stage 1) ? Tried that today and my son makes this face like its the most disgusting thing in the world😅 even tried mixing a little flavor in his rice cereal. I know he's not used to it and that they say to try giving it to them at least 10 different times to make sure. Just looking for some tips, thanks.!

Probably won't get much feedback at all if any, but I feel like I'm the only one with diastasis recti. 5 months pp and and nothing has changed.
