went into the hospital this morning and was diagnosed with preterm labor and was at 1cm what are some ways to sorta fasten the thinning of the cervix

I had my daughter at 36 weeks. I was induced. she was perfect. no issues and was 6 pounds even. she came home with me a day later :) then i had my son at 37 weeks on my own. went into labor...good luck!
nope he said if it comes it comes and he wasn't gonna stop it. im hoping for him to at least come at 37 weeks but my contractions are still going and are still strong
That's a whole month premature if your 36 weeks. Your doc didn't tell you to take it easy and try to stop the baby from coming so early ?
Bounce on the edge of your bed,yoga ball anything to make the baby hit it through the inside and thin it out or go on YouTube and search "go into labor dance"same thing just faster
doc never gave me any restriction just said to let it go naturally but i kinda wanna speed it up a little
thanks doc says hes weighing at 6lb 8oz right now
