Falling under depression again and it is hurting my relationship with my so, it hurts and I want to get better, so I made myself an appointment with a counselor. Time to do better not for just my family, but for myself.

My husband says I let myself go... My legs have changed.. Im chubbier.. I already know this so why put it in my face like that?! He says If I make myself look better He will buy me a new bikini. I dont look good enough now?.. 😢
I'm so hurt 😔 I wouldn't even wish this on my worse enemy.
