When do u know your labor is real? How many contractions in an hour? Roughly? It's either my body reacting to my anxiety and stress or something is happening

Ok yeah sounds like the real deal, don't wait to long to go in I waited till mine were 1 minute apart and when I got to the hospital I had to start pushing I was already 10cm labor was 3 hrs so be careful

You will know when it's real BH are nothing compared to the real thing lol
I've been timing since 8:13 and I've had 16 roughly and they last 1-1/12 minutes and are getting more and more intense
@babymckynlee, My doc said 5-1-1 which means 5mins apart lasting for 1min for a hour
5:1:1... every 5 minutes you have a contraction that lasts approximately 1 minute for at least 1 hour. This is what my OB told me, anyway.
