has anyone had there baby at 37weeks? and for those who did where you able to take baby home after 2 days .

@shortizzie, idk with me I'm extremely regular so I know I'm pregnant by the first missed period but I went to multiple doctors and they all asked the same thing about was the previous doctor right on the due date so idk sounds like they are wrong often

I had my babies at 35 and 34 weeks and no nicu or anything.. Went home two days later

that's good really....you're treated like royalty after you have a baby

not with my doctor she said once im 3cm she is sending me to the hospital @islandftm

it depends on progress you can be 3cm for days...

wow really??, my doctor said she is admitting me once i hit 3 i guess it does depend on your doc. because i thought everyone gets admitted at 3cm@mommi1315

I'm three centimeters but they won't admit me for nothing in the world...

I had my second daughter at 36 weeks and she went home with me...no nicu or complications at all! Hope this eases your mind some but it does depend! Good luck

i think it varies from person to person. some women babies lungs are developed by 37 weeks and other babies may have breathing problems. if your baby do not have any problems you can take them home. (vaginal birth is 2 days, c section is 3 days depending on where you live)
