How do I know if my son is getting enough milk? He will continuously suck for 10-15 mins then start falling asleep and sucks here and there I keep him on till he completely unlatches! And when i pump I can get 3 oz in 10 mins all together. And then I'll try again . I didn't breast feed my first son. I'm still working on getting him to latch properly as well. . I feel like I suck at it.

I was told to wake them up it's so soothing to them they get comfy n fall asleep I call his name or rub his jaw n he wakes up.
And sometimes it could be the shield pumps don't fit your areola/nipple! And it's not enough suction! And besides the baby's normally get more out of you then a pump.
I'm the same way he falls asleep. He knows when he has had enough so don't worry . When he is hungry he'll show signs.. And when it comes to pumping I was the same way. But now my son nurses to eat and for comfort and security and in general he just loves to nurse so I'm constantly producing for me it was weird when he slept is pump and not get much now I'll pump a couple days before I plan to do stuff and I'll get 5 ounces out of each boob. Odd since they say you pump more you'll produce more but I haven't been pumping a lot .... How old is baby

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
