@braylinsmommy, haha it's true. It was worse with my first pregnancy.
Oh trust me. You'll know when your milk comes in. Your colostrum should already be in by your third trimester. And you'll feel very feverish and they'll be super sore and hot to the touch when your milk comes in. They'll also start leaking like crazy.
this may sound weird. but it you squeeze your nipple a certain way it usually comes out a little bit. Lol
I just got mine in and where I sleep without anything I have to peel my boobs off my sheets. 😑 hurts like hell.
you should start massaging them around 9 months is good @babysampayo or 8 i noticed i started having colostrum early around like 20weeks an one of my boobs leaked last week.

Milk doesn't come in until birth though a few days after
squeeze them ive squeezed mine and mine came in just make sure not to squeeze your nipples massage around your breast then squeeze around the areola an it will come out easier.
You will leak or your breasts will become enlarged/engorged
