Okay so for the past few days it's been hard to breath and I have what sounds like smokers cough it's horrible and kinda hurts my sides but besides being tired and head aches I feel fine should I take cold medicine or just wait it out I've got no idea what it is before pregnancy I never ever got sick

It sounds like what I'm dealing with and that's a respiratory infection the only thing I can take is Mucinex DM but it's really not doing anything for me. It should eventually run it's course but if you start running a fever call your Dr.

I just checked my temp and it's fine so I guess I'm see what it does in the next few days , I just hope it lets me sleep tonight last night I kept waking up feeling like I was being strangled :( @soontobemomof5

@brandylemonds15, I have to sleep practically sitting up or I cough so much I can't breath. I'm not usually one to get sick generally but this pregnancy I feel like I have no immune system. A cold humidifier will help if you have one.

She gave me a list of okay medicines to take but I don't know what this is so I'm not sure what will help @braylinsmommy

Ugh even sitting up it was doing that :( but i don't have an humidifier . Before pregnancy I never ever got sick with anything but mild allergies I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow and I've had 3 stomach bugs and all kinds of other crap !:( my immune system has flown out the window and I can't deal !!
