My son had those little bumps, they said it was hives. They got worse so I took him to the ER and they were wrong. It was something called erthyma multiforme, those little bumps turned into bulls-eye targets all over his body. It was horrible, his was caused by his body fighting off an infection

I would deff consult the pediatrician. breastmilk helps with baby acne and coconut oil just works wonders
