I had a few cramps.. but it came out on its own in less than three months... that hurt the worst...

I had the worseeee experience with the 5 year iud horrible cramping and 15lb weight gain I got it removed with in two months it did help my heavy bleeding though

bleeding was longer and heavier. cramps hurt way more. and a lot of weight gain
