I'm 3 months PP and I've started to bleed, I only breastfeed and thought that I wouldn't start my period for quite awhile. Could this be because I'm being to physical or is it just time to start cycling again? 😬

Yes I breastfeed and thought the same exact thing . I'm 2 months pp and I'm currently on it right now

I breast fed and still had a period every one is different
