How long does it take to get approved for WIC and Medicare (for me and baby)

Same day wic approval . Medical maybe a week or two

@vinnysmomma, you need an Id proof of pregnancy two proofs of address and I believe that's all

It should tell you right away if you get approved it'll just take a few weeks to get your card

is your wic office at your health department office?

I made an appointment at the health department for a urine test, they set me up for medicaid(you can get a temp card from your online account and print it) and then they brought me over to wic office after it was all done and I got set up there. took a good 3-4 hours but all worth it.

i had my id, proof of address(which I didn't need) and proof of pregnancy(from my appointment at the health department prior to my wic appointment). that was it.

I got my wic set up the same day as my appointment, thankfully.
