Sew a huge sock shut with rice or beans on the inside, and then heat it up in the microwave. It works miracles when my lower back hurts! My family has always done this lol.

My daughters dad hasn't been around at all, makes me sad but it is what it is. I wanna be like, oh I conceived my child with a turkey baster and have my best friend act like my S.O. (just to see the look on their face), She is my baby mama since baby daddy flew the coop and I have supportive friends and family so it makes it easier but yea, people shouldn't assume.
