First time momma.... Phoenix was a surprise but a blessing from my mother who passed away a year ago. My boyfriend left me at 3 months but we are trying to remain amicable and co-parent. I am trying to stay strong for my little boy and with the help of some amazing friends and family. Love the support from other mommies on here!

I miss my little sweetheart.... It's been 10 days since he was born and he'll be in the NICU for another five weeks or so. I spend most of my time there but it's tough to go home without him at night.... Especially since I am alone, his father and I aren't together. Even though I know they are taking amazing care of him and I feel lucky that he's doing so well, I can't help but get a little sad to leave him there

Off to the NICU to spend my baby's first Christmas together! Love him.... What a special Christmas. Happy holidays to all the mommies out there!

So in love with my son..... I walked in tonight and his daddy was reading to him. It was adorable, but I got kind of emotional. Logically I KNOW that we shouldn't be together and that I will find someone some day who deserves me (not my priority right now) but it's hard not to have some feelings while we are going through a stressful NICU hospital admission with our beautiful son.

No more oxygen in his nose! :) Now he just has the little feeding tube and an IV in his belly button that will come out in a few more days. Another week or two for the feeding tube

First night home for me away from my baby boy in the NICU.... Just called to check on him and besides being up to a little mischief he's having a good night, so thankful for the Angels taking care of him...... I am doing my best to pump lots of milk for him and get some rest so I can be with him all day today. Going home without your baby is tough but I know he's in excellent hands
